The healthcare sector is often approached by new technology solutions to implement into their existing systems and pathways, meaning the technology is something to adapt to as opposed to suiting the exact user(s) requirement. This talk will explore the Living Lab approach to innovation, a process of working alongside the healthcare and technology sectors to explore the current ways of working before exploring new or existing technology to create a bespoke solution.
