The session will look at the key roles and the activity required before, during and after a crisis. It will particularly focus on the demands on the leader of the organisation and of the chief communication officer. I will use my experience of more than 20 years in policing dealing with terrorism, riots and reputational crises to detail simple checklists that can put you in the best position.
