Skills for Justice work closely with policing and law enforcement employers to help them understand their skills needs and to plan for future workforce scenarios. This includes recent research (commissioned by the Police Uplift Programme) with staff and officers across all 43 police forces in England and Wales, to understand more about equality, diversity and inclusion.
