In this practical session Mike will take a Positive Psychology approach to wellbeing and performance and explore how our inherent character strengths serve as powerful pathways to living our best lives and flourishing. You will be supported to identify your top strengths and how you could use them with purposeful intention to bring out the best of you. ' Targeting and enhancing our strengths helps us to be our best selves and to flourish ' Unfortunately up to two thirds of people don't have a meaningful understanding of their strengths. ' To help overcome this, those attending this workshop will be introduced to a framework that will help them to identify their top strengths. ' We will then explore how we apply our strengths to enable us to be our most engaged and passionate selves.
