Talking Menopause's Client Survey Results from over 4000 respondents in more than 60 organisations showed 91% of respondents said there is little or no acknowledgement of menopause in the workplace and many women felt they had to hide and mask their symptoms. Almost 70% of menopausal women felt moderate to no confidence in discussing menopause at work, feeling taboo, stigma & embarrassment. Many women have reduced their hours, changed roles, been absent or even given up work due to psychological effects such as memory loss, concentration challenges, brain fog and generally feeling constantly exhausted. These symptoms have a huge impact on productivity and motivational levels. Session covers: - why menopause & why now? - how to support & be supported - Avon & Somerset Police Case Study
