Breaking bad news can be hard to deliver and delivering it in such a way to not cause further distress, even more difficult. There are many different acronyms used, however, little is known about their validly of practicalities. Carl has many years of experience working in a pre-hospital environment so he has first-hand experience of delivering bad news and in his talk he provides his own developed structure and a few 'dos and don'ts' when undertaking this important conversation.
