Feed Your Body Clock' is a Nutrition for Wellbeing programme created by former police officer, Anna Earl, now a nutritional therapist specialising in nutrition to support shift workers. Topics include food for energy and mood, mindful eating, and what to eat on a night shift, aiming to reduce the risk of chronic health conditions within shift workers, and to promote positive long-term health.
