Claire will be looking into the importance of taking a holistic approach towards patient care when attending to a maternity related call. Knowing how to navigate conversations around engagement with maternity care whilst assessing clinical and safeguarding risk in relation to the newborn, and recognising when to escalate concerns in the presence of Red Flags.
