In this session, Dr Katherine Lamb & Costi Karayannis will be discussing the importance of incident command training for the police force to help better prepare for major incidents. We will explore the inspiration police forces can take from the fire and rescue services in their approach to incident command; and how hybrid technology is supporting training to equip officers with the skills they need to deal with the unexpected.
