People volunteer their time for all sorts of organisations and for all sorts of reasons but when it comes to the emergency services, it's not always obvious how that relationship can work. We are joined by the volunteer team from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service, they will share how they have come up with creative ways to develop opportunities for volunteers and built great community relationships along the way.
