Integrating autonomous drones into emergency protocols can transform Emergency Medical Services (EMS) by delivering critical medical supplies and situational awareness within minutes—often 4-5 minutes before the ambulance arrives in urban areas. This talk explores how this groundbreaking drone system, first deployed in Sweden in 2020 as the world’s first live operation of its kind, is reducing response times. With a next-generation platform set to be deployed by the end of this year, we will offer insights into its future potential and the significant impact it can have on emergency services.
