Looking after our first responders is critical – before, during and after incidents – so when there are prolonged incidents like the summer riots, how do emergency services make sure that wellbeing is at the heart of what they do? The policing inspectorate recommended in its post-riot report that forces assess public order public safety planning and mobilisation and how they prioritise the wellbeing of officers and staff. Police chaplains are at the heart of this conversation and join us for this session.
