UK Resilience Action Plan – So what for communities?
The first of our two Resilience Action Plans lunch and learn sessions at this year's show sees the VCS Emergencies Partnership lead a discussion about strengthening partnerships between Category 1 and 2 responders and the voluntary, community and faith sector (VCFS). They will consider how changes in both legal duty and culture might impact the involvement of partners in the VCFS sector and the emergency management cycle.
