It comes in two variants with hazard level IIA or IIC for the gas group, so that the optimal device is available depending on the type of gas in the atmosphere:

HP795Ex IIA
• low ATEX gas group: IIA (e.g. Propane)
• temperature range in explosion-prone areas: -25°C to +60°C
• high transmit RF power: UHF 4W / VHF 5W

HP795Ex IIC
• high ATEX gas group: IIC (e.g. Acetylene, Hydrogen)
• temperature range in explosion-prone areas: -25°C to +50°C
• lower transmit RF power: 2W/1W
