Argynnis Group AB acquires the British company RSG Engineering Ltd. RSG will be part of the Standby Group and further strengthen its position as one of the market leading companies in Europe, delivering warning and safety equipment for emergency, commercial and special vehicles.

Argynnis Group AB, formerly Binar AB, is a Swedish family-owned industry group founded in 1984 that develops niche companies with unique products and technologies for professional customers.
