Manual cleaning is replaced by the TopClean D. In only four to 16 minutes – depending upon the level of contamination –  TopClean D washes 12 masks, four compressed air cylinders and four complete compressed air breathing apparatus.

Reversing wash pipes without spray shadows thoroughly removes soot. Racks: TopClean D racks can handle different PPE

The TopClean D machine for professional pre-cleaning of PPE consumes only 5.8 litres per wash cycle.

PPE technicians save time and reduce risk to a minimum of coming into contact with pathogenic germs, toxic fine dusts or burn-off residues.

During the mechanical pre-cleaning of the PPE, all manufacturer specifications regarding temperature and dosage of chemicals are exactly adhered to.

Carry-over of hazardous particles from the outside of the mask to the inside is excluded thanks to MEIKO mask heads.

The ingress of water into the regulator is also impossible. This is ensured by the patented compressed air connection in the washing chamber.
