AGILE is a pioneering PPE fabric for police riot suits. Woven from ultra-fine protective yarns, AGILE is exceptionally durable, flameproof and weather resistant while remaining lightweight and comfortable. This means the wearer can stay comfortable on long shifts while receiving maximum protection. 

Lightweight flexible comfort 

AGILE is constructed from fine yarns for a low weight of 180gsm, and is designed to provide excellent flexibility. This means the wearer can move more freely and stay comfortable during long shifts.

Excellent flame protection

Hainsworth are market leaders in the manufacture of flameproof PPE fabric. AGILE is made using meta- and para-aramid fibres that provide excellent protection against heat and flame, and is constructed to increase thermal stability. 

Reduced exposure to liquid chemicals 

AGILE is structured in a tight gabardine weave with fibres packed onto the fabric face. This combined with our REPEL+ treatment gives maximum resistance to liquid penetration and aids chemical run off. The wearer is not only kept dry in wet weather conditions, but is protected against exposure to any harmful liquid chemicals. 

Durable and long-lasting 

AGILE provides exceptional abrasion resistance and colour fastness, helping the garment to last longer and providing sustained protection for the wearer.
