AMS - Assurance Management Software
FireNet's Active Monitoring System (AMS) is a complete Assurance Management Tool, from managing incident/exercise operational assurance and debriefs, ARA's to Station Audits and Health & Safety Management.
Each primary element captures data relating to performance, SOPS & policies and then automatically generates action plans and workflows. AMS also provides full PDF reports and printable graphics displaying charts of audit results.
AMS Administrators can setup their organisations' own question sets and answering system, following HMICFRS grading system or simple yes/no answers, providing a fully customised application.
Action plans are automatically generated for all Safety Critical, Inadequate or Outstanding gradings and linked with FireNet's workflows module provides fully tracking on progress.
Station audits can be scheduled to automatically generate and timeout through the dedicated administration portal within the application, email notifications can also be handled through this portal.
FireNet Mobile allows the AMS module software to be accessed for mobile devices, allowing datacollection to be manged out in the field.
