The course culminates with a final exam and the awarding of a certificate of completion, validating the participant’s mastery of the resilience skills taught. Unlike generic wellness modules, the Mental Armor™ Online Course is grounded in field-tested approaches pioneered in large-scale resilience initiatives, including the U.S. Army’s Comprehensive Soldier Fitness program, which trained more than 1.1 million Soldiers under the direction of 49 North’s leadership team.
