Designed for Law Enforcement and Security use, the Semper Invicta Bulletproof ParaPactum is a unique solution for Royalty, Diplomatic and VIP protection. 

It offers NIJ Level IIA protection (9mm & 40 S&W) thanks to its unique composite fabric. To guarantee strength and lightness, the frame is made of carbon fibre and grade 5 Titanium.

Not only does it offer ballistic protection, it is slash resistant and protects against thrown objects such as bottles or bricks. It is also fire and chemical resistant. And it can be used for crowd control.

Oh, and you can also use it as a normal umbrella, too!

The ParaPactum is so strong, it can withstand pressure up to 100kg (220lbs) and a headwind of 200km/h (124mph).

If you don't need ballistic protection, the standard ParaPactum offers the same protection levels without the NIJ IIA certification.
