Epsilon Composite have developed a carbon fibre stretcher for tactical casualty care. It’s a lightweight stretcher that folds down into 40x10x10 cm and weighs only 2.5 kg, when deployed it is 225 x 54 cm with a carrying capacity of 150 kg.

Simple and intuitive deployment by a single person in about 30 seconds, minimising patient handling time and exposure in hostile situations.

The stiff construction helps keep the casualty in a stable horizontal position, to maximise their chances of survival and facilitate carrying.

Tested and approved under real-life conditions (including combat operations) since 2020, adopted in over 12 countries worldwide. Designed to perform in all types of environments (sand, extreme cold, etc.) with minimal maintenance, and easily disassembled for cleaning. Lifetime warranty on the carbon fibre structure.
