DIABLo is a compact, rugged, and easy-to-use double-ended immobiliser device designed to help emergency services teams quickly make electric vehicles safe and stable before carrying out their work. 

The concept of the DIABLo is simple.  When a plug-in hybrid or electric vehicle is connected to a charging point, the vehicle automatically disengages the drive functions and applies the brakes.  By simulating this charging process, DIABLo ensures the vehicle remains immobilised and stable without any risk of electrical current flowing out of the vehicle.
