MilExTS® | XR Technology for Trauma Care Readiness
Exonicus
Stand: D24
MilExTS® is an immersive XR medical readiness platform designed to make trauma-care training more accessible, repeatable and scalable.
MilExTS® combines realistic immersive scenarios with dynamic physiological simulation, allowing trainees to experience how a casualty’s condition changes over time and responds to their decisions and interventions.
Key capabilities include:
- Dynamic physiological simulation: casualty condition evolves in response to injuries, time and trainee interventions.
- Guided and unguided training: supporting structured learning as well as independent practice and skills sustainment.
- Progressive training levels: capabilities supporting different levels of trauma-care proficiency, from foundational responder skills to more advanced medical users.
- Objective performance tracking for After-Action Review (AAR): providing data to support feedback, assessment and continuous improvement.
- Instructor leverage: enabling more independent practice while allowing instructors to focus their time where it adds the greatest value.
- Portable and offline-capable deployment: standalone XR training can be used across locations without requiring continuous internet connectivity or dedicated simulation infrastructure.
- Repeatable training at scale: scenarios can be practised repeatedly without consumables or resetting physical simulation environments.
Originally developed for demanding military trauma-care training, MilExTS® brings a battlefield-informed approach to medical readiness.
At the Emergency Services Show, discover how this technology can complement existing practical and instructor-led training and support the evolving medical readiness needs of EMS, Fire & Rescue, Police and Civil Protection organisations.
