Breaking Boundaries is an initiative dedicated to empowering and supporting women into technical rope rescue instructing across the Emergency and volunteer Rescue Services. Through specialist training, development opportunities and a strong supportive network, we aim to build confidence, increase female representation and break down barriers within technical rescue, inspiring more women to progress into specialist and instructional roles.
