British Association for Women in Policing

The British Association for Women in Policing (BAWP) is a national staff support network for women of all ranks and grades across UK policing. BAWP raises awareness and understanding of issues affecting women in the police service, building discussions on issues and providing female perspectives, developing a professional network, both nationally and internationally and contributing to the professional development of members.
