Communities Prepared is a national community resilience programme run by Groundwork South in partnership with the Environment Agency, Cornwall Community Flood Forum and Cornwall College Business. The programme equips volunteer groups with the knowledge and tools to effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from severe weather emergencies. Support on offer includes in-person and online training on a range of modules from flooding to utilities failure, which all facilitate effective co-working with the emergency services.
