Day One is a UK charity helping people to rebuild their lives after catastrophic injury, from day one, for as long as it takes.
We offer practical and emotional support to anyone who has experienced major physical trauma in the UK including small grants, support with understanding benefits and welfare, legal signposting, access to counselling, and peer support.
