Pete Lewin, a paramedic with East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EMAS), along with his pack of water-rescue Newfoundlands, provides emotional, health and wellbeing support, and suicide prevention through open water swimming. Pete Lewin Newfoundlands is a non-profit organisation currently involved in taking staff from EMAS and for emotional support swims as part of their health and wellbeing programme.
