The Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) is the staff association representing more than 145,000 police officers across England and Wales. It supports constables, sergeants, inspectors, chief inspectors and special constables, representing their views on pay, working conditions and welfare. PFEW also provides advice, campaigns on policing issues and works to influence decisions affecting officers.
