UK International Search and Rescue

UK Government depends upon the UK fire and rescue services, and the dedicated men and women who serve in them, to provide specialised, technical search and rescue response to disaster affected nations. UK International Search and Rescue (UKISAR) provides mentoring, capacity building programmes. Following international deployments, the skills and experience gained are fully utilised by UKISAR's dedicated professionals within the emergency services across the UK.
