Health & Wellbeing Theatre

The Health & Wellbeing Theatre, a consistently popular feature, will emphasise the importance of maintaining optimal physical and mental health. The theatre will provide a platform to discuss the key concerns regarding health and wellbeing within each service, spanning across the two-day event.

This year, there will be a particular focus on nutrition, addressing the challenge of maintaining a healthy diet while working shifts and dealing with financial constraints. The sessions will also explore the advantages of having a neurodiverse workforce and offer guidance for emergency services personnel at various stages of their careers, ranging from recruitment to retirement.
