Designed for leaders within all emergency services and partner agencies, these sessions will delve into the valuable lessons learned from significant events over the past 12 months.

Relevant to all blue light services, topics covered will include: the importance of diversity in leadership positions; how services can sustain review recommendations; specific incident reports, including the Manchester Arena attack; and exploring preventive measures and upstream solutions to address ambulance handover delays.
