Ade Hutchinson heads up engagement with suppliers and tech partners for Police Digital Service. Prior to this, he was Business Development Manager for a start-up rapid DNA business across EMEA, and a director of an advisory company for US suppliers seeking to enter the UK law enforcement and military markets. The majority of his career, though, as been in policing. Aside from senior operational roles in east London, he led a number of high-profile and award-winning technology projects. Ade believes passionately in ensuring that technology is aligned to cultural change and if both are not executed well, taxpayer money is wasted.
