Alix is the founder of Yoga for the Front Line, with a background in Yoga, and serving as Police Support Staff. Alix founded YFL in 2022 to brings the tools of yoga, breath and mindfulness as a proactive wellbeing toolkit to front line workers in the UK, combating the detrimental effects of stress and trauma.
