Amy has served in the Fire and Rescue Service for over 21 years and brings first-hand experience of the operational challenges posed by ill-fitting PPE. As a Director of Women in the Fire Service (WFS), she is passionate about driving change and championing the development of fit-for-form PPE for all firefighters, regardless of gender.
