Andy Butterfield is the Customer Service Director in Operations for National Highways. He's worked for the company for 20 years in various roles across Operations, and now leads the teams responsible for fleet, vehicle recovery and the Customer Contact Centre. National Highways is working with industry to roll out charging capability across the Strategic Road Network. With the government's target for moving to electric vehicles, there will be a changing profile of vehicles on the Strategic Road Network which the company are seeking to manage. This will encompass charging, managing incidents, recovery and understanding the different impacts they will place on the network.
