Andy is a crisis communications, resilience and risk management specialist with nearly 20 years’ experience advising businesses, governments and organisations across the UK and internationally. As Founder and Director of Holdsworth Consultancy, he supports clients with crisis preparedness, reputation management, resilience planning and emergency response, drawing on experience in both UK Government and overseas national resilience programmes. He has worked across sectors including aviation, energy, retail, education and the public sector, helping organisations assess risk, strengthen capability and respond effectively during high-pressure incidents.
