Public Order Public Safety Subject Matter Expert - POPS Team , College of Policing

Andy is a serving police officer with Norfolk Constabulary, with 17 years' experience. Andy has 10 years' experience of policing public order public safety and has taken part in a wide range of deployments both locally and nationally. Andy joined the college POPS team in June 2025. Alongside his day job Andy is a POPS officer, POPS Trainer and also a Public Order Public Safety Advisor (POPSA).
