Andy is a British Transport Police Officer of 17 years' service, who specialises in Protective Services for the UK Rail Network. He is currently the National Police Liaison Officer for HS2 and provides advice and guidance around a range of crime issues relevant to the construction industry, including theft and protest activities, working with a range of emergency services to deliver a joined up response to emerging issues.
