Belinda Goodwin has served with the Metropolitan Police since 2002 and has been a Federation representative for nine years. Officer welfare is top of Belinda's agenda and she thrives on making things better, not only for the officers she represents but for the service as a whole, negotiating with chief officers and commissioners on their behalf.
