Carrie partners with organisations who have complex and difficult people problems requiring resolution. This specialism was inspired by her previous role as HR Director for The Sun newspaper, when, at one time, 34 employees were arrested. She is an experienced and qualified HR Director, OD consultant, facilitator and coach. Carrie is Alder's specialist HR partner, helping organisations put their people at the heart of their crisis response and helping them unearth cultural hotspots that lead to reputational damage. Recent assignments include bullying allegations on a film production, advising on the psychological process of an acquisition, and supporting a private sector organisation to recover from widespread sexual misconduct. Clients describe Carrie as insightful, deep and able to move at speed.
