Ceri has worked with Devon and Cornwall Police for 12 years, specialising in strategic analysis and problem solving. She is passionate about problem-oriented policing as a way to tackle root causes of crime, formulate effective responses to build safer communities. Ceri is particularly interested in using innovative approaches, such as 3D mapping, to deliver effective, evidence-based solutions.
