Ché Donald

Deputy Chairman, Police Federation England & Wales
National Vice Chair for the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) - the national representative body for over 130,000 serving police officers. A police officer since 2002 and a Police Federation representative for over 14 years.

Since taking on a national position in 2014, I have been the organisation's lead for Taser, Firearms and Police Officer Mental Health & Wellbeing, while also founding and delivering the popular annual Post Incident Procedures (PIPs) Seminar. My current focus is on leading and driving a crucial piece of work looking at the links between demand, capacity and welfare, along with leading on Parliamentary Engagement and lobbying for the organisation.

As an experienced communicator and facilitator, I support and deputise for the National Chair, driving forward the strategy of PFEW, and am a principal spokesperson for the organisation in the media and engagement with key external stakeholders.

Father to an amazing daughter, an avid rugby fan and loyal Springboks supporter.
