Clare is Chief Digital Officer for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service and Police Service where there is a Police Fire and Crime Commissioner in place. Prior to this she was Head of Information Management and Technology for the East of England Ambulance Service. This followed five years as Head of IT for NHS Bedfordshire.
