As a former ex-serviceman, Colin Harmsworth (co@jcac.org.uk) has built The Joint Civil Aid Charity into an effective National Civil Defence that involves hundreds of UK citizens (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) developing recognised qualifications in Search& Rescue, Medical, Civil Protection (The Guardians) etc, all funded by The Corps and the volunteers.
