Daley, along with Carl Mumford, run the ADHD Alliance, an ADHD support group based within the MET Police. Both are diagnosed with ADHD. The group is unique within policing, with a large proportion of their membership coming from forces outside the MET. Carl and Daley give awareness presentations to various forces and partner agencies around the impact of ADHD in policing, including staff welfare, and ADHD in the criminal justice system. Daley is a trustee of two ADHD charities.
