Dave is a Temporary Superintendent for specialist operations at Lancashire Constabulary, overseeing roads policing, the road crime team, mounted, dog and drone units, the safer roads unit, and custody. He is also the tactical lead for Pronto, BWV and Dashcam systems in Lancashire, having worked closely with Motorola on the rollout of Pronto on Samsung devices, system integration, and the initial BWV deployment.
