Dave O'Neill is the Director of Operations at the Institute of Search and Technical Rescue (InSTR). He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of the institute, where he serves as an international speaker on disaster relief and trauma. O'Neill has a rich career in the fire service, having previously held various roles, including Principal Officer in the London Fire Brigade and Gold Incident Commander. He has been involved in numerous international operations and has received the Order of Distinguished Humanitarian Service for his contributions to disaster response efforts.
