Dr Aaron Gracey is the Head of Emergency Management for Network Rail, with extensive experience with delivering multi-agency exercises and major change programmes across Network Rail and the MoD, and has also been involved in the development of Policy frameworks. He has a background in Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Business Change and Learning Development, having been involved in adult experiential education for over 20 years.
