Eleanor joined the British Red Cross in 2023 and leads the delivery of their crisis and emergency response work across the UK in collaboration with area and local teams. Eleanor delivers the operational element of the Crisis and Emergency Response strategy, improving their offer to partners, ensuring effective and impactful responses and developing service offers to meet future challenges and needs.
